Co. and its subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates (collectively, “Duo Wellness,” “Company,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the www.duowellness.co website (the
“Site”), as well as any products or services supplied by or on behalf of us through the Site
(collectively, “Products” and “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any
additional policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms,
you may not access or use the Site or Services.

6. Registration and User Information

• Create only one account. You are responsible for account security. Notify us of

7. Orders and Payment

including lost revenue, emotional distress, or injury.
Collective liability is limited to the greater of $500 or the amount paid for the Product in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Duo Wellness, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims,
damages, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of Terms
• Use of Site or Products
• Disputes with other users
• Violation of any laws or third-party rights

16. Force Majeure

Duo Wellness is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including
natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or government actions.

17. Arbitration and Class Action

Waiver
Any dispute must first attempt resolution via written notice.
If unresolved after 30 days, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC,
Canada, under the applicable arbitration rules.
Class actions or representative actions are waived.
Claims must be filed within one year of accrual.

18. Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site, using Services, or sending emails constitutes consent to electronic
communications. All agreements, notices, and records may be delivered electronically.
